Earlier this month, he placed first in the MTNA Sr. Piano Competition for the state of Missouri and he advances to the Division Level Competition in January, 2010. In addition, over the past year and a half, Dominic was chosen to have piano Master Classes with world-renowned concert pianists Mr. Joseph Kalichstein, Ms. Orli Shaham, and earlier this month, Mr. Stephen Hough. Performing with orchestras is also a highlight in Dominic’s musical journey. Courtney Scholarship, the Arden and Harry Fisher Scholarship, the National Society of Arts and Letters Scholarship, and the G.A. Buder/Kathryn M. Buder Scholarship. He was first introduced to the piano at age 6 by his father and was inspired by the recordings of great pianists to study seriously.
